The Australian Body Art Festival is being held on the 20 & 21 April 2024 and we invite you to register for a food vendor stall at this unique event. Please note there is limited availability, so your prompt response and payment is required to ensure you are able to participate in this exclusive event.
The event attracts more than 9,000 people and is an outdoor event. Times for Saturday 20 April are from 8:30am to 5:00pm and on Sunday 21 April from 8:30am to 4pm. In 2024, the event returns to Eumundi.
There will be overnight security on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
Site Application Process
Complete the relevant form below. We will be in contact to advise whether you have been accepted. Successful applicants will be invoiced and required to make payment within 7 days of acceptance in order to secure their position. Should your application be unsuccessful you will be advised via email.
Completing this registration form does not guarantee you a position as there are limited spaces available. All successful applicants are required to ensure their business practices, goods and services comply with all relevant product, safety, business and trade legislation. Necessary Registration and License Certificates are to be displayed as required. All electrical equipment must have valid tag and testing certification. All Food/Alcohol/Health statutory requirements are to be adhered to. Public and Product Liability insurance to the value of $20,000,000 is required and is to be kept current at all times.
